THE FACILITATOR is a series of assessments developed on the basis that an individual’s future is linked to decisions made at different intervals within the life cycle. Personal information generated during the process, enables stronger decisions to be made which will impact academic, personal and career success rates. The Facilitator is an innovated program designed to raise an individual’s awareness of personality, values, skills and learning styles in stage 1. Equipped with this information during the transitional years of leaving high school and entering higher education, students have the ability to discover their strengths and weaknesses. Equipped with this knowledge, students can make intelligent decisions in regards to the major they select to study. The Self-Discovery assessment is linked to O*NET the United States of America's primary source of occupational information. Once a student unlocks their personality, they will have access to O*NET's database which identifies hundreds of occupations with excellent descriptors for each occupation. THE FACILITATOR and O*NET enable students to fully understand their traits and reflect upon various careers to ensure intelligent decisions are made.
